When you look a little better
here no place for poetry
Here all death remnants fit in a
- school bag
All bones, and whole modern history
in which it became démodé
even for those who are victorious, to write it down
Because, these are from its very start
dead-drunk with self-satisfaction
Because they have always written
Death - to Different!
God rest - Humanism!
Because, in the history
no more Mankind
Neither in memory!
It has been, by "the winners"
ab ovo, condemned to
Lobotomy!
Does anybody still remember what is it
Anima mundi, The Soul of the World?!
All the same, whether we write it with small
or capital letters?!
Oblivion! Silence! Hush!
White colour of self-oblivion!
Bleach of the lifeless silence!
Lifeless colour of victimisation!
White colour of denial!
Prijedor's colour of death!
That is why all history books are bound
to finish once in a, common
cemetery, poured over
with the, slaked
lime
Because, before European Treblinka
all aboriginal, and African, and American
and Australian . . . , and all Asian
Because, after that, "chosen" one
a "worthless", Palestinian
then "uncivilised", Bosnian
thereupon, in a bit, Myanmar's, afterward . . .
No end to the white misery!
Silence on genocide in Prijedor
and Omarska and Kozarac
hush over Korićani Cliffs
Trnopolje, Keraterm, Manjaća . . .
have penned in the capital letters
on the display of Humanity conscience
