Having experienced, during past few days a complete disappearance of my site BOSNAWI.BA, and after that its second kind of disappearance, namely only from the sight of BH. visitors (who reported me about it), I looked after a professional expertise, and got the following:

Expert findings: As to domestic censorship and prohibition of access to certain sites for users inside the Country it cannot do UTIC, nor the same can affect this. It is technically realised on so-called. DNS server (Domain Name Server) which is the host, the Internet Service Provider (ISP).
In Bosnia and Herzegovina it is BH Telecom, which provides hosting for BH. users of DNS, and on it can set the filters and bans - which sites will /not / be available and visible to its users.
